The COSI ASAPb (Bachelor’s Program) is awarded to students who participate in the COSI ASAP Bachelor’s Program. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a Colorado resident whose household income falls within the range of 0–100% or 101–250% of the maximum federal income threshold for Pell Grant eligibility.
