***Dr. John Brett Undergraduate Research Scholarship in honor of Dr. William Harmon

The Dr. John Brett Undergraduate Research Scholarship in honor of Dr. William Harmon is awarded to undergraduate Biological Science majors. To qualify for this award, the applicant must be a Biological Science major and submit a proposal showing intellectual merit (quality of research) and broader impacts (contribution to society). The scholarship may be used to support research-related student stipends, travel and registration costs for presenting research at conferences, purchasing of equipment and supplies specific to the project and other similarly aligned research expenditures.
