Schweers Family Memorial Award

The Schweers Family Memorial Award is awarded to mathematics education majors. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a full-time student; majoring in mathematics education with the intent to pursue a career in teaching mathematics; a senior or graduate student; and a US citizen. The opportunity will be based on promise for future, demonstrated ability, good GPA, knowledge of field, enthusiasm, dedication, and good moral character. Need will only be considered if all other factors are equal.
