William S. Garnsey, III Scholarship - PVA

The William S. Garnsey, III Scholarship – PVA is awarded to students in the College of Performing and Visual Arts (CPVA) who are members of a University republican group. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0+; and be admitted to CPVA. The applicant must also be a member of a University republican group (or a student chartered group that exhibits conservative values, knowledge and understanding of American history; strong moral and ethical behavior).
