The Bernetta Hartman Austin Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Communication is awarded to students pursuing a career in writing and speaking. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must have demonstrated excellence in communication studies; skills relevant to writing and speaking; and must be pursuing a career in writing and speaking. This scholarship is available to undergraduate or graduate students.
