Scholars Helping Scholars (Teacher Education Scholarship)

The Scholars Helping Scholars (Teacher Education Scholarship) is awarded to undergraduate students with a desire to teach. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student; have a cumulative GPA of 2.75+; freshmen, applicants must be in the top 40% of high school graduating class; or have ACT of 22+ or SAT of 1010-1040+; and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must demonstrate a strong desire to teach and good citizenship (involvement in extra-curricular activities; part time employment). Preference is that a minimum of 3/4 of scholarships be awarded to minorities.
