The H. Robert Reinert Fellowship in Special Education is awarded to a graduate student in the Special Education Program. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a full-time student; in the Special Education Program; with a cumulative GPA of 3.0+; and is obtaining a master’s or doctoral degree.
