The Forness Minority Scholarship in Special Education of Children with Emotional or Behavioral Disorders is awarded to a undergraduate or graduate students. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate Special Education student; with an interest in special education for children/adolescents with emotional or behavioral disorders; from a minority group; demonstrate financial need; and a U.S. citizen.
