***Kathleen M. Newman Memorial Scholarship

The Kathleen M. Newman Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a degree within the School of Special Education. Half of the scholarships available will be awarded to applicants pursuing a degree within the School of Special Education with an emphasis/concentration in Visual Impairment. The other half of the scholarships available will be awarded to applicants pursuing a degree within the School of Special Education and seeking a School Orientation and Mobility Endorsement OR applicants that currently possess a Teacher of the Visually Impaired Licensure and are seeking a School Orientation and Mobility Endorsement . All the scholarships available will have a preference for applicants that are working in addition to attending classes.
