HSS Preparing Students for Careers Scholarship

The HSS Preparing Students for Careers Scholarship is awarded to College of Humanities and Social Sciences students that are pursuing an unpaid internship. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a student in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences; pursuing an unpaid internship; must have a minimum cumulative 2.5+ GPA; demonstrate financial need with a preference for students who are Pell-eligible. Preference for the recipient to be the first generation in their family to attend college. Submission of work based internship requirements (hours, faculty supervisor, site supervisor, learning outcomes, etc.). Recipient will apply for the scholarship in the same term that the recipient is completing the work-based learning opportunity.
