The Della A. Young Fernley Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students in the Professional Teacher Education Program. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be a full-time student; majoring in the Professional Teacher Education Program; with a cumulative GPA of 3.0+; and must be a junior or senior.
