James Elmer and Laura Dreier Newton Scholarship
The James Elmer and Laura Dreier Newton Scholarship is awarded to students graduating from high school in Northeastern, Colorado region. To qualify for this opportunity the application must express clear interest in teaching; demonstrate financial need; and be a graduate from a high school in Northeastern, Colorado region (Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Weld counties; areas north of US Highway 34 in Washington and Yuma counties; cities of Longmont and Mead).
