The Emma Lubbers Teacher Education Scholarship is awarded to students in the Professional Teacher Education Program. To qualify for this opportunity the applicant must be in the Professional Teacher Education Program; with a cumulative GPA of 3.5+; junior or senior; who is a first or second generation college student.
